888 Casino - Unfair and unjustified confiscation of legitimate winnings!

My name is Robinson Callum.I opened an account with 888 on the 4th of June,2016.I sent in my ID documents for verification and I got an email saying my ID was successfully verified and stored on my account.0n 8th of June,I made a deposit of £30 which I lost.I made I another £30 deposit making it £60 in total and I withdrew £37 from my account which was paid into my bank account.On the 9th of June,I made a deposit of £2500 from my other bank card with I lost completely,then I rang 888 to make another deposit of £5000.After making a total deposit of £7500,I won another £7500 making my total account available balance £15,000.I made a withdrawal of £10,000 i.e £5000 back to the debit card I deposited £5000 from,and £5000 to my first card I make the very first deposit with.Few days later,I got an email saying I failed ID,verification which I was earlier emailed stating my verification was successful.I was asked to send in another notorized copies of previously submitted documents.I sent the document as requested and it was duly notorized by a qualified solicitor.While sending documents back and fort,888 processed my withdrawals,but not the full payment was processed.£5000 was processed as requested on to the card the deposite came from.The other withdrawal was not processed as requested,888 processed £2500 of of the second requested withdrawal unto the card it came from,and processed about £25 instead of £5000 as requested unto the first card stating security of my account for doing so.I was quite understanding and appreciative as the same time as I received the processed withdrawal on my account promptly.Then comes the wait for my notorized documents to be confirmed.After 7 days of waiting without any replies,I called 888 on the phone on 27th of June,and I spoke with a man who congratulated me on my winnings and promised to look into my account and follow up personally to make sure my winnings are processed,only to get an email from 888 today saying my account has been permanently closed for no reasons.

This is a completely shaddy practice my a casino of 888 calibre.I was really surprised by this as I literally gambled my life savings on this website which I almost lost completely but fortunes smiled my way only to be conned by 888 casino.

I will like you guys to please help me with my winnings from this fraudulent casino.I always thought 888 was a fair casino because they seem big,but it seems I was completely wrong.It is beyond me how a man can risk his live savings and got lucky only to be conned by the casino.

I hope and pray you guys help me find solution to my problem with this cheating casino.

I have contacted the support team,and I was told the only way to contact 888 operations team is by email which I have sent through 888 website.

I hope the restriction on my account is lifted soones so I can continue to have a good time at the casino.

With regards to your account, this has been reviewed and the decision to discontinue your membership still stands. The account will remain blocked and any money in your bank roll will not be refunded and no cashouts will be paid.
