888 Casino blocks my account everyday

I started to play at 888 with 88 bonus. Finally won 217 pounds and my account was blocked immediately after I completed wager requirements.

Account verification took a week and I got mail on 16.01 from Cassava Enterprises that my account was active again (Incident: 140115-000619)

On 19.01 I made 20 pounds deposit and request a withdrawal (I didn't play since last incident). On Monday I got mail that my account was blocked again.

As Cassava wrote my account "is related to other accounts that have been closed across our network, we have temporarily suspended your membership".

Since then nobody replays me. I don't understand what's going on. Looks like they have stolen my 20 pounds.

I'd like to ask Askgamblers to help me to clarify this situation.
