888 Casino - Account Temporarily Disabled After A Withdrawal Request

Hi, earlier last week I decided I would give 888 Casino a go and registered with them and played through the £88 bonus. I was delighted that I ended up with £195 which I could withdraw. I decided to withdraw this cash. Soon after doing this I was asked to send over verification details. Not a problem - I sent over a copy of my driving licence. I heard nothing, the next day I attempted to log on and was faced with a message that my account had been temporarily disabled. I contacted them via e-mail, they said their operations department would get in touch but it may be a good idea to send verification details to the cashier dept (the link they sent). I responded saying I had already done this....i proceeded and sent over my driving license again. This is really frustrating, I want to use their site but not being able to withdraw my first winnings leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Annoying as there is no live chat and can't seem to find whats going on!

Hi ..I can confirm that 888 paid out the money. It took a little while and several emails back and forth but I got there. Thanks for posting and thanks to the guys at 888 who sorted it in the end
