7BitCasino - Refused payment due to non-existent Neteller limits?!

i have already had my first win and withdrew to my neteller account after submitting my id forms and have now won again.
the first time i tried to withdraw my 2nd winnings i had to wait 4 days while it was pending (chat support requested a push through 3 times a day, didnt change the wait period) then i was told it was rejected by neteller due to reaching my limit??
neteller denied this saying i had a 50,000 limit and nothing has been rejected or sent through.
i was able to withdraw a smaller ammount and succesfully recieved in my neteller account but the rest is now pending suposibly another 3 days although support have said they requested it to be done asap with no mention of a rejection from neteller....so much for 0-24hr ewallet withdrawal and trustworthy casino

it already was investigated and approved....then placed back into my account. i had no bonus to interfere and all id documents approved and past neteller withdrawals.
This is clearly a tech issue on the casino side, not a player breaching conditions (proven when full amount was origonaly "cleared by 7bit but rejected by neteller") ; so why do i need to be inconvinianced and made wait for god knows how long (6 days so far)...
the withdrawal should be pushed imediatly (as done with the 1st withdrawal) and then investigate and fix the problem....

The issue has been resolved and thank you very much for helping.
Thank you 7bit casino for explaining what caused the delay and granting the funds, understanding the cause has made me feel better about future dealings
