$159.25 Withdrawn on 2/17. Initially was not told that documents needed to be updated. "Approved" on 3/24. "Technical issues" with the "payment processor" mean I STILL (as of 5/3) not received any payment...

Finally received payment (with a much larger than originally quoted fee) July 17.
