Slotobank Casino - My account is still not verified after 5 weeks!

signed up right before Christmas.
Won 8000NOK

After i requested a payout i was asked for ID and proof of adress.
Sent this on 12-30-14.
A few days later my account was closed and i got informed that it was under investigation.

I have tried for over 5 weeks to get som information, but all i get back is,

"Unfortunately at this moment there is no updated information. You will be informed by an appropriate department via email as soon as there will be any updates. Sorry for the inconvenience."

Starting to get a bit worried....

And I expect that my balance will be set to the amount that I had at the time I made the "over 10% bet" since your policy says that "any winnings from a bet over 10% will be void"

they screwed me, fair and square....
i had a few bets who was over 10 % of my bonus.

the canceled all my winnings...

Be aware that one time over 10% will cost you Your bonus AND ALL winnings.....

and it will take a complaint here to get them to answer....


i would like ths complait to be closed at NOT resolved, so People see how hopeless this Casino is...

This complaint is unresolved. We didn't get any evidence from the casino that this player breach a 10% rule. We recommend to the player to seek further help with LGA Malta.

Beside on the evidence that we received from casino management, player did breach 10% betting rule. His deposit was returned. We consider this complaint resolved.
