I am not happy about having to come here and do this, but will keep this simple and respectful. On 03/24/16, My wire transfer withdrawal was approved for $1,690 I received emails from Prism apologizing for delay. And i understand things happen. However, 43 days have past since my approval date, and i would like to get paid, and play some more. Requesting that Prism payout my withdrawal. Thank you.

I sincerely apologize for the headaches and frustration you've experienced with this.

I do see the payment was sent off to you and I expect to see the tracking in the next couple days--I'd also expect that the payment should reach you before the end of the week.

I'll be keeping an eye on this and I'll be back as soon as I receive your tracking.

I'm confused, my approved request was for a bank wire withdrawal, not a check. Has there been a mistake?

Hi viv2929--

First, I can see that the payment was delivered to you, earlier today (Thursday), so very happy for that. ;-)

As this was your first withdrawal with Prism, all first withdrawals are issued by check. Going forward, if your preference is a bank wire, payment will be issued in that manner.

I received check for my winnings, I have deposited check in bank and waiting for check to clear. thanks for sending the check
