I have been waiting my withdrawal request for 40days from 15 January. Absolutely useless standard answer from the chat, no communication with managers. I already complainted to Curacao and Skrill.
I want to fraudulent behavior of the casino was well known to all.

I asked them again yesterday. Their answer:
Dear Mr. Babenko

Thank you for choosing FashionTV Casino!

We are writing to you regarding withdraw request.

Your request for an update about your withdraw has been forwarded to the relevant department, once we have answer we will inform you via email.
I have been reading such answers for 1.5 monthes.

I got the same promises about my withdrawal requested. The management of this casino totally ignore all our complaints. Today I got e-mail from Curacao:
Dear Sir,

Thank you for contacting Curaçao eGaming.
Please be advised that Curaçao eGaming does not license Fashion TV Casino.

They company makes reference to E-commerce Park and eMoore.

But support of Fashion TV gave me information about Curacao license.
That says a lot of about their "honesty"

This complaint has been reopened upon submitter's request and we would really like to give it one more chance and help both parties involved to reach to a satisfactory resolution.
