Planet 7 Casino - 38 Days after my withdrawal was approved I am still waiting to be paid!

I had two withdrawals that were approved in January. One was approved on January 8th in the amount of $1592 and the other withdrawal was approved January 22nd for $1863. It has now been over 36 days since the January 8th withdrawal was approved and 26 days since the January 22nd withdrawal was approved. I have been on the phone and live chat with several different people and none of them have been able to help. Every time they send me two a different person and say they will help me. Often the withdrawal specialist will send me to my VIP Host and then my VIP Host sends me to the withdrawal specialist. Finally today the withdrawal specialist told me to contact the escalation department and gave me an email for a different casino. At this point I feel like I have been robbed as I did not win all that much money but did deposit a lot into my account (almost 3K). To make matters worse the casino continues to call me to ask why I have not deposited any money! The reason it has taken this long for me to file a complaint is that my casino host Isabelle always seems as though she is genuinely trying to help me get my money. Unfortunately, I feel as though this is the only action I have left.

First, let me say I'm terribly sorry for the delay. We've experienced a backlog and we're doing our very best to get caught up. While it does not make up for the delay, we have waived the processing fee on your payment.

Your payment has been sent off for processing and we would expect to see tracking sometime next week. As soon as the tracking is available, you will be contacted with that information.

I just wanted to follow-up on this:

I can see that the first payment was successfully delivered to you, Monday (March 7th) and FedEx attempted delivery of your second payment today, but was unsuccessful. I do see that it will be back out for delivery, tomorrow, so all should be well. ;-)
