Raging Bull Casino - Support lied and gave misleading information

Hello, i asked for withdraw at Raging Bull Casino, for 350$, they rejected it and took 300$, giving me only 50$ back. I contacted live support before adn told them i used free coupon but they checked twice and told me i will get full 350$ after i deposit 21$ on their site. That didn't happened, but in other complain on askgamblers RBC quoted "Quote term 33 "in general terms and conditions: For free money coupons, and unless otherwise stated, max cashouts will be no more than 1X the bonus amount. For free money coupons below a value of $100, the max cashout will stand at $100." So, how i got 50$ if coupons give 100$? I would really like to get what i am promised, live support told me there is no way i wont get 350$ after i do first deposit, but they told me different story via e-mail. If they had to take money, why they left me only 50$ instead regular 100$? I would like to hear from RBC staff what is going on, since they wont talk about those 300$ taken from me. Just to update, with those 50$ i won 500$ this morning , and was glad about it, but support said i can't withdraw if i made it from 50$ left from denied withdraw. So sad, they give 50$ with minimum 100$ to withdraw, and with 45$ fee on withdraw. You can only lose those 50$, any win you get from it, according to support, will be reduced again, again and again. I never saw something like this in any casino, they manipulate free play/ free spins, so withdraw is impossible. At other casinos, when you see money is "withd­raw­abl­e"....c­mon, it's withdrawable!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I think this whole mix up originated with the initial coupon that had the incorrect max cashout amount. You were 100% correct in stating the terms, the correct thing to do would have been to correct the issue there and then.

Please provide me with your username at the casino so that I can do a full investigation.

Firstly, I see that you originally did not qualify to receive the coupon which resulted in your win as it was an exclusive coupon, however seeing as you were given the incorrect information from my call center agents, I am willing to overlook the fact that you initially did not qualify.

I have gone ahead and adjusted your balance with a cashable $100. I will honor the withdrawal of a $100. However, you need to make a minimum verification deposit before we will process the withdrawal.

My suggestion would be to deposit via Neteller or Skrill as this will speed up the withdrawal process and result in minimal fees.

First, i'm glad you saw that even i didn't qualify i should not be given misleading informations from source we should trust most. Thanks for 100$, and if i decide to withdraw them, i will use Skrill. I will be glad to deposit anyways in your casino because i really like your games, and i would like you to make coupons/bonuses more clear, because that "withdrawable" text is misleading most time, so i can deposit with code and receive bonus which can be redeemed after played required number of times.
