Planet 7 Casino - Withdrawal still not paid after 35 business days and counting

I really hate having to come here and file a complaint but what else do you do when its been 35 business days since withdrawal was approved. After losing some money at Planet 7, they gave me a bonus chip which I won but of course I only get the $100 max withdrawal amount. It was approved 6/23. After 20+ business days had passed I sent an email to which I got an automated response that someone would get back to me with 1 day. Nobody did. I reached out in chat to a very nice girl , cant remember her name and she said she would escalate it with the processors. That was like 2 weeks ago and I am still here waiting except now I am more concerned as I have some other withdrawals I just submitted. If I cant get my $100 , will I get the others in a timely manner if at all.

Hi Kevin--

I apologize for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've looked at your account and the good news is that I do see your payment has been sent to the processor. I'd expect to see tracking on this sometime before the end of next week, with the payment being delivered to you either the day after or the same day we receive tracking (I know it sounds goofy, but we've been receiving tracking the same day payments are being delivered).

I will post as soon as your tracking comes across my desk.

Thank you for responding. Can you by chance confirm you have my bank wire info on file for my other pending withdrawal? Thank you in advance and I will be on the lookout for the tracking info.

Hi Kevin--

I'm so sorry--I didn't see your last post until just now. Can you please tell me which casino you have a pending withdrawal with? And would it be the same username?

As to the first payment, I've checked on today's tracking and I did not see your payment yet. I'll check again tomorrow--I would imagine it should be in by then.

I'll be back to update as well as I'll be looking for your response on your other withdrawal.

I have 2 more withdrawals with planet7....one supposedly was approved 8/18 for 1626 but I have yet to get an email about the approval...I was told by an agent in chat. I also have one pending for 2500 ...it has been pending since 8/14. Thanks.

Hi Roger--

I believe you should have already received the wire for $100 by now. As to the next two withdrawals, you are correct that the $1,626 was approved on 8/18. The next withdrawal was approved on 8/26.

The withdrawal approved on 8/18 will be sent off early next week (likely Monday) and the next withdrawal, the following week.

I will continue to monitor this for you until you've received these next two wires.
