30 days and no pay from Slotnuts

I have made several deposits here and on my last 40 deposit with no bonus I won about 3000. I cashed out for 2500 and requested bank wire. After they accepted all my info and the fax back form, I still have not been paid. There customer support keeps telling me not to worry because I will get paid and my withdrawal is still on process with the accounting department

I have been dealing with this mess with them for over a month and am looking for other recourse since my complaint just got closed here and other attempts to do a new complaint have been denied. my email is cfeline5@yahoo.com..please email me and let me know how I can add my complaint to whatever you have going or how I can take the same recourse against them that you have.
I have Government officials ready to shut them down. You will hear about it early January. Money laundering, ficticious business and fraud.
This casino does not replying to AskGamblers either. Since we don't work with them, we don't have any contact inside.
I am going through exactly the same thing with the same casino..it's been 31 days since I requested my $950 withdrawal and I keep getting told that my withdrawal is still in process and I will get an email as soon as it has been approved. When I citet their withdrawal policy stating it is a 48-72 hour process they tell me that ' due to large amount of withdrawal requests' or 'new processing system' or some other excuse that makes no sense.
