Club Player Casino - 3 withdrawls still sitting in pending status

I was called by a promotional person to play at this casino.I had stoped gambling online till now. I was assured there payout process is much faster than others.I was told I would get a email telling me my paperwork was processed and accepted so could make withdrawls. never notified, I emailed them many times and now answers, then kept calling and finally told paperwork was accepted from me calling constantly. then told with in a week have a check, that is not the case. I only requested it on the 21st because I waited to hear if paperwork approved 1st.. but have 3 pending withdrawls and was told they could combine them all and put back on credit card rather than a check, this way done faster and could combine them. Now someone else tells me not the case. no one responds to my emails that I was given to contact them about this. can you help me, get paid. and to put back on credit card and combine the 3 withdrawls since that is what I was told they would do.. please help, desperate for money and need to get this off my credit card ASAP. thanks

I would appreciate if you do look into this, I now have 4 withdrawls pending and was told my your promo guy who called me that it would take a week tops to get paid and all could be put on credit card I played with all at once, not have to wait for 4 separate transactions , it will take months then to get paid and I can have this tied up on credit card. I would never of started playing online again if I knew it would take so long and have to be paid by check becaue I know that takes months . I have played at other casinos and stoped for that exact reason, So if you could pleae look into this and the name of person who call me and gave me fulls info in first place. I just need to get all of these cleared up and off my credit card like now!

Congrats on your wins, but unfortunately the timing of these aren’t in your favor.

We received your documents on 12/22 and with Standard Approval, this takes 10 – 15 business days. With the holidays, obviously, this slows things down a bit.

As your first withdrawal took place 12/21, today was the 10th business day, meaning your withdrawal request will be approved within the next five days. Once the approval is given, payment is sent to processing, which can take up to ten business days.

THis is Not what I was told. AT all, as I was aware what your policy says but the person on the phone told me it goes much faster and that I could have it put back on credit card so dint have to wait so long. That all could be combined. Being I was told this and is the only reason I made deposit. U can see I spent plenty there. They least you can do is expedite this withdrawl and get my withdrawls put back on my credit card all at once and I will be doen playng at your casino. Very unfair to have prmoters calling and suckering you in and then its not at all like I was told.

I was contacted by payment department on Friday to confirm my info so they could send check, which I thought was for everything so I could just close my account. I then today get email its just for the 1st one and will be at least 3 weeks yet before get check. THAT is not what I was told, was told max wouldtax for check is up to 10 days after approved etc. So I should have it then by Jan22 would be the 10th business day starting from Friday the 8th when approved. They have already jacked me around with giving me false info saying all withdrawls could be paid on credit card at once so I can close account and be done with them, Now Im told one by one have to wait for check, so looking at months and months before finally paid. And the 1st one they are alllready tellingme t will be longer than what they post it will be. There sales people to get you to play are very misleading an give fasle info, they should find that recording because Im sure its taped like all over p[hone conversations are, Then they don't even sstand by the time that there sites says it takes to get payment. they drag it out even longer than site says. I told them if we could get resolved now and put withdrawls back on creditcard like told, they wouldn't be bothered by me again and I would write a positive feedback for them on here which thyey sure could use.

I have been told different information from everyone I talk to, It is very frustrating. I was told I would receive my check by Jan11, now I am told that was processed on 5th and will take 3 buisines weeks that's the end of Jan, and that's big if I even see it by then. I was also told once the 1st was out of pending state the others would be able to be as well and could be put back on my credit card. That someone would contact me with what I need to do to have that done. Noone has contacted me and I have emailed your withdrawl dept many times and no one answers. I would like some answers. Is this how you treat your customers, jack them around and give different answers to sucker them into playing. I have spent lots of money with you casino and I expect to be paid on time like I was told and not have to wait months. I also don't appreciate that I had to go thru this forum to get anyone to reply to me.

At this point, I think it's likely best that I have an Escalations Manager step in and answer any and all questions you may have. I have sent our Escalations Team a message asking they contact you straight away, Monday morning.

I'll continue to follow this until all is resolved.
