Planet 7 Casino - After waiting for 3 months there's still no word or sign from my withdrawal

I feel as if I have been EXTREMELY patient with Planet 7 Casino. Unfortunately, as you can see, it has been approximately three months and I am still awaiting approval on my withdrawal. I have sent my verification documents multiple times (with the e-mails to verify if needed). I also e-mailed both the manager support staff address and the original support staff address, in order to inquire about the status of my withdrawal, but with no avail. This is my last resort. I have already pledged to cease all business myself and strongly advise others to avidly avoid Planet 7 Casino until I receive my withdrawal.

Ok. So I just received an email from Planet 7 stating that my withdrawal was approved. Unfortunately, the withdrawal amount approved was only $353. Roughly half the amount originally requested. Hopefully planet 7 will respond to explain. However, I must say, I am extremely tempted to simply go with it and call it even just because it's been so long.

Unfortunately no. The only e-mails I have received were promotional ones. 7 in a row advertising a new game and one offering a free $100 chip because they "miss me". I was hoping they would respond here. I would at least like an explanation as to why they are only offering me half of my request.

We are honoring this withdrawal, but I do need to explain why the withdrawal is different from the requested amount: You received two bonuses on this--the first was $270 and the second was for the 10 free spins ($77). Bonuses are non-cashable, so $347 was removed from your withdrawal request, totaling a $353 withdrawal.
