Vegas Casino Online - 2931$ pending since March 14th

Hi,

So I'm filing a complaint about Vegas Casino Online aswell, since also here (aswell as on Slots Plus - their sister site- where i have another, more detailed complaint running here: http:/­/ww­w.a­skg­amb­ler­s.c­om/­cas­ino­-co­mpl­ain­ts/­del­aye­d-p­aym­ent­-of­-51­59u­sd-­aft­er-­sta­tin­g-a­cco­unt­-is­-si­lve­r-3­000­usd­-pe­r-week)
they are not paying out within THEIR OWN timeframe of 2 weeks (which is already shitty by industry standards). My Cashier (both deposit and withdrawal tabs) are now completely locked on all of their sites, because I told them I'd start contacting multiple sites with my full, detailed story, aswell as Neteller, my bank and credit card company to get chargebacks done on my deposits. This lead to them closing down my Cashier pages (screenshot included).
They earlyer told me to contact their manager, Dereck, around this hour, but i'm once again getting the runaround and now apparantly it'll only be tomorrow i'd be able to speak to him. I can provide chatlogs e-mailed by their system of all of this.

Hi,

Whether you're sister sites or not, money is locked up on this site aswell, and thus warrants a complaint, and the added negative publicity that comes forth from this.

If this wouldn't be allowed, then -at the very least-, my Slots Plus complaint should be edited to match the correct TOTAL sum owed, of 8931$, and thus not 5000$. (Slots Plus, Vegas Casino Online and Sun palace withdrawals all added together).

That being said, if you don't send a clear message as to how we're going forward asap (prefferably by your manager speaking to me, as you keep promosing time and time again), expect multiple steps in other ways to start kicking in as soon as tomorrow. (me going through every casino related website to post my story on for starters).

Basically aswell, YOU treated me in this same manner aswell, by locking up my Cashier on your sister site aswell, for a conversation I made at another site of yours. I made a Chat where I told you i'd proceed with chargebacks on one site, as a result of this, you locked up my Cashier page on ALL of your sites.

In this very same manner, I will take action against ALL your sites. It's only normal, right?

Hi,

I was informed they will NOT pay out my winnings, accross ALL their sites, meaning they think it's OK to steal 8931$ total.

Players, BE WARNED!! I've been gambling (both poker and casino) for over 8 years, played at over 30 different sites total, and haven't once ran into such a huge scam untill now. Do NOT play here!!

Hi,

I'll quote the Casinolistings.com CL-Ed staff member on this issue: "The problem is that casinos don't share my views and the word chargeback is like a red rag to a bull to them, especially the ones that accept U.S. players. I spoke to the management of this casino last week on behalf of James Rezler who posted above, and they have recently had one of their payment processors shut down. This would probably have contributed to the delays you were experiencing. So they are likely to be especially twitchy with anyone that uses the C word as this can result in the same thing happening again."

So yeah, quite likely a big part of the whole reason, but ofcourse they didn't care to ever tell me such thing, so I'd understand the situation more. Instead, they have no problem just with the snap of a finger to block your account and steal all the winnings. They stopped replying to any of my e-mails altogether, which is a shame.

I am ofcourse continueing on taking all steps possible to combat this pure theft.
