Cosmik Casino - 2500 euro win not paid & being ignored by support

on 20/09/2014 and the 22/09/2014 I deposited a total amount of around £2000. On the 20/09/2014 I made a withdrawal of 2500 euro around £1950 sterling, I received an e mail on the 22/09/2014 to say withdrawal approved and funds will be with me in 3 to 5 business days, after waiting last week and contacting Jeff Edwards my account manager, and support and live chat I have received nothing . I am a fully verified member . I played the site with my own funds and no bonuses. I have now been told I am going to be paid in the morning Monday 29th September 2014. I have screen shots of all my deposits and the one withdrawal in the past 30 days of 2500 euro which this complaint is about,All e mails too and chat conversations saved to file.I am writing this because It should of been paid back to my mastercard which I used to deposit the funds,I am now looking at charges of interest on the balance of the card as these winnings have not been paid back to the card. I am pretty furious to say the least.

Monday has arrived and no money was paid back to me as promised. I have been told once again not to worry as the withdrawal is approved and on the way to my bank as we speak. I just do not believe them . no money is going to go into my bank , I honestly feel I have been part of a fraud here. and I am worried sick about explaining all this to my wife . no decent casino operator would put loyal customers through this experience. I will upload proof when i change the files to the correct file type. looks like i am now going to be writing to the malta lotteries and gaming commission who licence these people.

Updated for proof of amount and approval. received phone call to say it will now be paid tomorrow. if it is I will come back on here and say it has been sorted out and all is well. until then I am in the same situation .

Woke up this morning and checked my bank before I go to work , Yet again more false promises from cosmik casino. Not one penny has been put in my bank what they promised so many times they would pay. I have contacted the malta lotteries and gaming commission and I am going to get them involved in this now. also online international fraud page run by the met. I now know this site is a scam and has no intention of ever paying me this money. how sad some people are to do these things for a quick payday. sad sad people.

Proof of payment was sent to AskGamblers. Due to the nature of payments to Credit Cards it might take a couple more days until the money shows up in your account.

Massive sigh of relief has come over me, I was owed around £1950 , £1400 has been paid to my master card and I have been informed the outstanding amount has been paid to my other registered card on cosmik casino,,although it does not show it has been paid in I now believe the remainder will be paid. I have spoken on live chat to them and apologized and I will do so here to cosmik casino. I will even keep my account open as they have shown me I can trust these people after all. so thank you for keeping your word to me both Jeff and Dan.
