21 Grand Casino - No processing of withdrawal

I have played with the casino, by depositing some cash with them.

After winning some money and trying to withdraw, I found it was impossible to withdraw with any reasonable method of payment. I have deposited with a credit card.

After that, I made additional deposit with click2buy, just to 'verify' my click2buy account.

After that, I was asked to provide a tone of verification documents, and it's illegal to even ask for some of them in the UK.

Regardless, I have provided them all, and they got accepted.

Since then, I have waited a very long time for my withdrawal to be processed.

I am being promised it is being processed, by it's even against their own terms and conditions to be processing it for over a month.

I need some help on that matter and immediate action.

Since ClickandBuy has currently problems with GBP, I received a call
from the casino days ago and they told me they will send the 79 GBP I
won throughout a different payment method.

Apparently I gave them an email account which didn't match the email I
submitted when creating the account, so the payment got bounced.

The Casino Manager called me and solved it on the spot while he was on
the phone with me. He also apologized and gave me a free chip.

Technical issues were solved and I will continue playing at the casino
with my free chip.
