21 Grand Casino - Casino Not Withdrawing Cash

I've been trying to withdraw my money from this casino for close to a month now. Firstly the withdrawls were reversed without explanation - after enquiring they informed me that I had to play through all my deposits before withdrawing (I hadn't as I needed to deposit money by Neteller before I was able to make any withdrawl). Livechat informed me that once I did this I would receive my money. I followed their instructions and requested a withdrawl. After 10 days I emailed them enquiring about my withdrawl as it was still showing as processing. They said I still needed to submit security documents and they had emailed me requesting this information although I hadn't received an email. They resent the email so I submitted the documents. They are now saying that they haven't received the documents despite emailing them to the requested email address. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away.
