21 Grand Casino - Giving me the runaround for a small withdrawal amount

I get offers from 21 Grand Casino a lot in the past and finally decide to take one again. I thought I would be ok with them as I have deposited before more than once and withdrawn.

So I take a $15 no deposit bonus complete the 6k wagering and put in for a withdraw, it gets reversed no email telling me that. So I resend my security docs and wait 3-4 business days and try to put in for withdraw again and find out I cant as withdraw options are blocked.

So I hit up live chat and spoke to Seth, Seth was not helpful and I wouldn't trust him or this casino at all now. I will include pictures of the chat session. The withdraw amount was for $150

I just logged into deposit and now it says "Please note, this method is no longer available to all players from the USA" This message is the same for all deposit methods. The other week this was not the case I checked and it was showing minimum deposit $25.

I'm British and live in England, Part of my security documents sent was a British passport, Birth certificate and a bank statement with a United Kingdom address.

I put in for a withdrawal of $150 the maximum amount for this free chip, I then deposited $25 cash to be able to withdrawal making my cash-out $175. Could you tell me why you only sent me $125?

My last post is a little bit in a mix. I made one withdrawal for $175, $150 bonus winnings and $25 cash deposit. I received only $125, that's minus $50 for some reason that needs to be explained.

In actuality, the deposit you make is not withdrawable and free chip bonuses have a limit of 100 as a general term. The casino decided to add another 25 for your deposit at this time, but since the limit is 100, the amount came out as 125.

And you expect us to believe a casino gave me $25 out of the kindness of your heart. It's almost laughable to be honest. The maximum withdrawal was $150 for this bonus, you either screwed up the promotion and don't want to honor your own mistake or have a secret maximum withdrawal clause. You could pay me $25 to close this case? Wether a casino is good or bad they never deposit free money into a neteller account!

Based on the terms of this promotion max cashout is 100, and 25 is player deposit. We consider this complaint resolved and closed.
