21.co.uk Casino - refusal to pay out

I also deposited £500 to 21.co.uk on 10th Nov, After afew hours I withdrew £1100 and it stated successful. 1 day later 11th November they lock my account out and state that my winnings are null and void also because apparently I had another account with them, despite actually never registering on their site before.

This is one of the biggest cons going. They said I should of read the terms and conditions. Casino's like this should not be allowed to run online it is not fair.

The terms and conditions needless to say are so small I would need a magnifier to actually see them.

Besides the point, right now they still owe me £1100 and I am awaiting a response from them because if they do not pay out I will pursue legal action as I do not ever recall registering with their site 21.co.uk.

I will be reporting this and taking more action against this. It is not fair to their players and other gamblers. Had I not have won they would of quite happily kept my £500 but since a win was involved it is challenged.

I am extremely annoyed at this situation and I will be waiting for their input before I relay here.
