Guts Casino - My 200€ Deposit Not Credited

Deposit amount of 200€ never showed up in my guts.com account. This was yesterday, money is taken from my bank but no money on guts.com. Support ignores my mails. No answers

Most deposits made through Handelsbanken are received immediately. In some cases, which may not always depend on the method used (Trustly) or the site (Guts.com) deposits are not received instantly. In the rare cases when it does happen, the player is welcome to take a screenshot as a proof of payment and contact our customer service. This is what you did perfectly fine and we received your screen shot

With help from your screenshot, we manually pushed this deposit through for the you at 2015/09/27 15:13:51 where your balance was then at 2000.90 SEK after the deposit came through after our manual action. Going forward, upon investigating this further you made a withdrawal of these same 2000 SEK at 2015/09/27 16:30:42 which were processed from our end at 23:28:07

In summary, there are in fact no missing funds in the situation but we can confirm that the deposited funds were not added instantly, however these were pushed through manually from our end upon user contact, and the user then decided to withdraw these approximately 77 minutes after the deposit came through
