Silver Oak Casino - 2 months and still waiting for my payment

On February 20th, I submitted a payment request in the amount of $848 (after the bonuses had been removed). It took until March 9th to receive an approval for the withdrawal, and on March 16th, they said they had sent the money to the processor in the amount of $823 (minus $25 transfer fee). Since then, I have been waiting and contacting customer service, but to no avail. They cannot tell me when my money will be in my bank account, and I currently have a check withdrawal still pending since 4/7 in the amount of $1028. I just want to know when my winnings will be sent.

I have been in contact with Emma. We are working on a debit card withdrawal method that will take some time, but then should have the funds loaded on shortly thereafter.

The process for the debit card was said to take 15 business days. I will follow up with Emma on Monday to see how the process is continuing.

I have been told that the second deposit of $883 has been deposited onto the debit card. I am waiting for confirmation that the money has been loaded, and I am also awaiting confirmation that the first withdrawal of $823 is being deposited as well.

Just an update. I received my first withdrawal payment of $858 which is the second withdrawal of $883 minus $25 processing. I am now waiting for the first withdrawal that I never received in the amount of $823. No word yet on when that is coming.

I have been in touch with Emma. She said the $823 has been sent for processing and should be on my card in the next 2-4 business days. I will update when it is received.

I received my payment of $823 today. Thanks go to Emma for making this such a smooth process once I got in touch with her. Don't worry fellow gamblers. Silver Oak will pay. It may take a long time, but your money will come. I consider this matter resolved.
