Planet 7 Casino - 2 month wait on $150 payment

I decided to utilize a player's reward card that Planet 7 sent to me. After playing through the requirements, I asked a nice lady via chat to verify and she did help me make sure I met all requirements. I submitted my request for $150 withdraw (the max I could cash out with the payout) ...after about 7 days I got an email saying the withdraw was approved and that it would take between 7-14 days to have the check sent. It has now been almost 2 months since that email was sent to me and every time I message a Planet 7 representative, they tell me I need to contact the payouts department via email or live chat. I can never get anyone from payouts on live chat and I have sent them roughly 6 emails and not a single response given. The payout has already been approved and I was told I'd get a tracking number and I never got that. I never got any indication where the check was and when it would get here. I tried to resolve it many times and waited VERY patiently but I keep getting the same run around. I'd just like to know where the payment is and how much longer it can possibly take. I realize this is not a very well reviewed casino and there have been many issues with them, but most issues are about breaking rules and whatnot, but this isn't really that, it's just taking too long, and the wait didn't bother me, but hearing nothing is bothering me.

I checked into this and I see that your payment has been sent off and I would expect to see the tracking before the end of the week. Generally, the payment is delivered the day after the tracking comes in.

I'll be keeping an eye out for your tracking info and I'll report back as soon as I have it.

Hello, just wanted to update that I did recieve the check today and succesfully deposited into my bank. Thank you for helping AG and thank you Tawni for correcting the issue. Problem is resolved.
