1bet.com Delaying Withdrawl

Hi there my complaint is about 1bet.com I withdrew 1130 pounds and at first they said they were having difficulties refunding my debit card and could I do a bank transfer instead so I followed their request and now no reply I have been waiting now for 13 days with no joy yesterday when I sent them my bank details again they said they would transfer the money straight away well they have not and when I email them there is no reply should I be contacting the police or gaming commission as the stress this is causing is ridiculous they are taking the p

Hi,
As explained to this player before, our site is running maintenance which caused some severe problems with credit card payments.
"Kalden1" was asked to provide us E-wallet details instead (Moneeybookers, Neteller, Webmoney), in order to solve this delay issue.
He chose to provide it only yesterday (11/June) accompanied by an Email from his attorney asking for a 50,000£ compensation (!), and he had already got paid via MB today (12/June).
A bank transfer order was given on Thursday (9/June), but since it takes 3-5 days, and it wasn't processed until now, and since MB transfer is much quicker, we have cancelled it (if you wish to see references for that, i can attach it by request).
We are terribly sorry for the delay, yet this issue could have been solved earlier if MB account details were provided before (instead of saying he hasn't got one). This is not the first withdraw from this player, and until now, all of his transactions were performed quickly and successfully, using his credit card (of course, this information is not mentioned in his complaint).
