18Bet Casino - Refused to pay €6500 using false accusation

18BET started their verification requirement right after my cashout of 6500. I played their welcome bonus and deposited total of 700 EUR in 2 deposits.

They asked for all sort of things including my ID and bill, picture of myself and a phone call.

It was hard to get in touch of them as they have no phone number to call and they took their time in each answer always asking for more and more requirements.

After all documents were sent and all of their requirements fulfilled they came with a new thing out of the blue in order not to pay.

They refuse to give any details or discuss the issue.

From looking at similar complaints at Gambling Grumbles I could see they simply lie and used this kind of tactic in order to avoid payment to other players.

Here is the email they sent

Please note that the IP address in your account was already used by another 18bet user before you.

From the company's point of view, you are to be considered a multi-accounts player since the mentioned IP address is a full match and you can see this clearly stated in our terms and conditions, that this isn't allowed. A customer is forbidden to register, let alone participate in any promotions of the 18bet site if they share the same details, as another 18bet account. In other words, shall our software detect that a player has any other common footsteps as an already registered 18bet customer, bonus money and the winnings accumulated using it are to be instantly revoked from the faulty account.

Therefore all of the winnings were revoked, your account has been closed and your deposits for 700 € were returned to your Neteller account.
