Crazy Vegas Casino owes me $14000 for over a month

I won 14000 USD from casino, and i finish my documents verify at 19 May, and then wait for the payout. It took about 1 months already. I try to connect casino every few days by Live Chat and Email. and they reply me to wait and wait only, saying with do it very soon every time. I am very disappointed.

I dont know what do you mean " unsuccessful contacts"
my used the provided email address to contact your casino on 16 May,
which I had provide my telephone number in that email.
and I try to use "forget my password" function with my email address, and I can get the email from your system.
