10Bet Casino - Not honoring its own cashback offer

There was a cashback promotion a month ago, I lost $200 during that time, Yet I didn't get a payment of 25% the next day as promised.

If that wasn't bad enough I have been forced to send more than 10 forms of contact to try and chase up a silly $50, at this point its just for the principle.
The first contact I had with support, they were clueless to the promotion even though it's on their main page (still)
The last few weeks I've had no contact at all.

I was credited $47, $3 less than the $50 owing, But after a email and a short wait the full cashback was credited.
I requested a withdrawal, now just waiting for the approval.

I wish 10bet would have better support, Hopefully if people keep complaining here, They might get their act together.
