I firstly requested the payment on 19.10...finally the payment got approved on 26.10. However, no communication through chat, email or phone since 26.10. I can't reach them any way. Till now, no payment is being sent.

Thank you for asking! They finally showed up one day after I filed this complain, to ask of my Neteller account information (weird, I've gave them from the beginning), but disappeared again for another few days. So far still no cash out in my account!

They finally send me money.
So this is solved now.
