Euro Play Casino - 10 weeks in since casino wins and still no payment

I initially won these monies over 10 weeks ago, that is 70 days ago... I had my verification qualified over 8 weeks ago by online support person named Stefan. I have been told about 100 - 110 times by online support persons, Stefan, Patrik, George, Smith, Thomas, the list is endless, more than 15 times each, ( I have saved Transcripts from our online chats, if copies will help) t hat my money will be paid will Friday... Friday comes and I get told that the finance team don't work weekends, please wait while Monday, why they don't say, till Monday riles me somewhat, but Hey, not getting what I am entitled to riles me a little more.... How can they get away with this customer service...I have not had one email... I have not had one Phone call, nothing in 10 weeks apart from, ( your payment will be soon... how can 10 weeks be soon in any bodies language...
I am not to worried about the money I am owed, although it is substancial, It is the way I have been treated... I have contacted EURO PLAY everyday and have been fobbed off in no uncertain terms and in return I have received NO email No phone call in nearly 3 months...
I have transcripts if required from recent chats...
Please email me if you can help otherwise I will try the criminal acts route... If I do receive an email or a phone call from you, it will be more than I receive from EURO PLAY in almost 3 months...

Thanks for your email, which is something I have never had from EURO PLAY CASINO, not even a phone call in 10 weeks since I won my two lots of winnings…

All I get is the same old waffle, my money will be paid will Friday... I contact ONLINE SUPPORT EVERY SINGLE NIGHT and I am still getting the same old waffle but alas no payment… I don’t know how they can live with themselves, they must have really thick skins…

Anyway thanks for your help, I am just about to give up on the whole episode, so perhaps by being unhelpful really does pay and they get to keep my money.

P.S. I will be contacting the Gambling Commission Curacao Internet Gaming Association /Netherland Antilles in due course…

Partial Good news, One of my withdrawals of £500 has been APPROVED whatever that means, it has not reached my bank account yet though.
I am still awaiting my other withdrawal of £500 which is 7 weeks in the waiting colloum of their site, which I am pursuing with Vigour…
Apparently I could only withdraw a maximum of £500 per withdrawal which is better than nothing, still, after cancelling withdrawal 7 weeks ago and withdraw £500 on the instruction of STEFAN, 7 weeks ago, I am still awaiting the lesser amount of £500…

I know it was STEFAN because I checked my copies of the transcripts, I have a folder full of most of the transcripts of my ON-LINE SUPPORT Chats…
Anyway Askgamblers, Thanks for your help with this matter and Lets hope my second withdrawal is soon coming…

Thanks for taking the time to read this, I have attached a few of my screenshots of the hundreds I have from online chat sessions...
I have a hundred of these screenshots going back as far as May, all of which say that there is nothing to worry about.... 6 months is something to worry about I would say...One £500 withdrawal has been approved for over 3 months... How are they allowed to get away with this kind of treatment, It is Criminal!!!

Thanks for your reply, it is the first time you have replied to my emails in 6 months…

If you had replied to my emails before the 1st November maybe you would have sorted out my withdrawals…

One of my withdrawals has been approved for over 3 months and you have not paid it and the only reason not to pay an approved withdrawal is because of the pending UK GAMBLING COMMISSION 1st. November decision to limit fraudulent companies like EUROPLAY CASINO…

How can you possibly expect to get away with not paying APPROVED withdrawals by not communicating to casino winners, it is Dishonest and Criminal
