BitCasino.io - 1.55 BTC confiscated and account closed for no reason

Hi,

When i attempted to withdraw my balance i was unable to. I messaged the support staff who told me my account was under security review and needed to provide KYC documents. I sent all the documents that were asked for. Then I was told I needed to send a selfie holding my ID next to my face, which i did. After this I was told that I had failed to verify! I messaged back saying how ridiculous that was seeing as i provided a picture of myself holding my ID and received no reply. My account is still closed and they have taken my 1.55 BTC.
