Hi,
I had been playing at this casino for a couple days and made some decent wins, after submitting a 1.3 BTC withdrawal request I noticed it was taking a while so i tried to login to see what was going on and received a message that my account was deactivated. I then messaged support who said that my account was closed due to them finding a "double spend". We found a Double Spend even after your first deposit. https:­//w­ww.b­lo­ckt­rai­l.c­om/­BTC­/tx­/d4­fce­b7e­34d­7b8­add­443­e97­77f­ffb­a9f­739­c31­a3c­27e­c8e­48d­f48­d41­4a1­75429 you have won and made withdrawal request for 1,13750000 BTC, thus you confirmed the payment after received winning. Without adequate time to understand the situation, your payment has been confirmed, which meant that the casino has suffered damages in the amount of 0,53750000 BTC, received by your dishonest way.

1. There is no double spend in the links you sent.
2. I use a blockchain.info wallet and have no control over outputs/transactions other than the one i sent to you, any other transactions linked to them were not made by me.
3. The miners control when a transaction is confirmed, not the sender.

We personally have seen the status of your payments Double Spend - before you confirm a transaction. This gives us the full right to impose sanctions on you.

I dont know if you are just ignorant or outright lying but you have either taken my winnings on baseless suspicions or just decided to target me to cover your losses for no other reason than that i was winning. Either way this has been handled in the least professional manner ive ever seen from a business such as yours.

Your first payment was confirmed after 2 hours 18 minutes, at this time you was playing at the casino, and even you had time to get payment. During this time the payment status was Double Spend and was detected by us! After confirming the payment status change, but remains mark OPT-IN RBF- While unconfirmed this transaction could be replaced by another transaction following Opt-in RBF, which indirectly confirms a previous Double spend.
After the status of Double Spend for 2 hours and 18 minutes, in accordance with terms and conditions we have enough reasons to use restrictions.
The payment for dishonestly obtained winnings was made mistakenly.
We do not aim to take your Bitcoins. Again, you can contact the Casino Support and get back all of your Bitcoins, minus of winnings and commission of payment system.

I was only allowed to make a withdrawal after my first transaction was confirmed. I even got an email saying your payment is confirmed and that I could now withdraw. If you "detected" or "personally saw" a double spend BEFORE my payment confirmed as you claim then why would you send out my withdrawal? After all, it did require staff approval so its not like you wouldn't have had the chance. For anyone who does not believe me send a try to withdraw before your payment confirms, it says "At least one of your deposits is not yet confirmed." This is proof that you have been lying and now it is undeniable.

Using opt-in rbf does not "indirectly confirm" anything. I use it so that i can rebroadcast the transaction with higher fees if it is taking too long to be mined. It is a feature made by the bitcoin core team for this purpose.

I repeat to you again that the payment was made to you by mistake after detection of the Double Spend in your payment. The manager was unable to notify in time the Finance department about locking of your payment just 5 minutes late. Unfortunately, the manager at that moment confirmed your payment was not experienced enough and has no instructions on verifying payment for the Double Spend.
You used the Double Spend status which has been clearly indicated on your transactions during your game and now you accuse us of lying ... We are honest Casino. To be engaged in consumer fraud for an amount of 1.3 Bitcoins, as you say, it looks absurd. Moreover, we are ready to return your deposit. And this decision is final.
