ive been playing with planet 7 about 2 years and i really like the casino but pament is very slow i have a approved withdraw on 11/2/2016 for 1,000 i have not receaved any emails from them and have been trying to reach them by chat and got through about 2 times thay just say to be patient well ive been very patient i just would like my withdraw in a reasonable amount of time

yes i sure will let you know if anything changes so far still have not heard a thing from planet 7 but im waiting patiently

Hi Russ--

I'm terribly sorry for the delays you've experienced with this. We're currently a bit backlogged with our processors and we're doing our best to get caught up as quickly as possible.

After reviewing your account, I do see that your payment has already gone off to be processed and I would expect you'll see the funds reflected in your account, early next week.

im glad you have responded to my inquiry i understand you guys are busy and im sorry to hear that i realy like your casino and i have gotten payed every time i made a withdraw i will let you know when payment is receved

ok i just receaved the withdraw and everything is in order i want to thank all the people at ask gamblers and everyone at planet 7 i will say you guys at planet 7 are a little slow but i must say you do pay the players !!!!! and thats the most important thanks agan
