Do not pay 100 Euro, constantly require documents twice and have to wait weekly. In chat they say we do not decide such issues on payment and do not want to help. Sent to write on email but they never respond. Help to deal with them since about a month and a half can't collect my winnings. What else casino will come up with it to stall. Didn't want to write a complaint against them but as I looked at this situation after solving one problem causes another so the wait is getting scared what they'll do next

Player was clearly instructed to use APM such as Skrill or Neteller as player's bank seems to have some technical issues and Casino has nothing to do about this matter. To withdraw using above mentioned APM it is required to make at least one minimum deposit. Instead of given instructions player made a deposit with the very same payment method he did his first deposit - Qiwi. Obviously no new withdrawal methods are available. Player was paid his winnings the requested withdrawal method. Spinempire has not made any delays neither last time no the very first withdrawal request.
