I played in the casino and won. Documents sent for verification and they paid. Recently I won again, again requested the documents I sent. The whole week I would send them the documents, almost every day. First, they say received, then - you did not send us to nothing. They demanded the gas bill. Sent. But the apartment where I live, does not belong to me. It belongs to my brother and my son, so my name in the score on the gas there. I sent them a document from the municipality, buyout confirm my registration at the specified address me which I have during the registration at the casino. They do not fit. Now they require bank statements with the signatures and seals live. Although I paid a Russian online payment services. Where do I take them? I sent them e-bank statements, these payment systems, there was not my address. Unsuitable.
