Things are a little better in some ways on the reload bonus side of things... but even worse in others. It's a real mess, and I think Energy Casino desperately needs to have a complete overhaul of their bonus arrangements before things get any more out of hand.
For a start, deposits made with an e-wallet are banned altogether as well as Paysafecard and UKash for a subset of countries. Sure, you can deposit using your Skrill or Neteller Mastercard however if you do you won't be able to benefit from the quicker withdrawal times that e-wallets can offer.
As for the wagering requirements... well At least they remain static for the vast majority of countries, but it's set at 30x the deposit plus bonus still which isn't exactly low. Canada, Croatia, Greece, Portugal and Romania have the increased 40x (D+B) this time around. It's all very confusing - how can it be necessary to have all these different rules for diffrent countries?
There's also even more games banned for bonus play with the reload... how can a game that is fine to be played with the welcome bonus suddenly be forbidden if you take a reload bonus?! I realize it is difficult trying to operate in a great number of markets at the same time but other casinos manage it without this tangled soup of contradictory terms.
Despite all this, today is the first time in a long time I have actually looked over all these various sets of terms and conditions. I haven't actually experienced any problems despite having taken this bonus a couple of times this year, and I've definitely played some of the forbidden games whilst a bonus was active without having my winnings voided. It's possible that some of the rules are only enforced when a player takes the mickey, or perhaps they have just been changed very recently. I'm really not sure but I'm sure I am not the only player who won't be risking it again any time soon now I am up to speed on the current terms and conditions.
