Process and difficulties claiming the bonus

I waited and waited, and after more than an hour since I had signed up and sent my first email, I still hadn't received a response or the bonus money promised. Finally, after turning in for the night, I logged back onto my email in the morning to find that after 12 hours of waiting, I received an email stating that the bonus had been credited to my account. No one had bothered to confirm the wagering requirements for me, so I sent yet another email to get the information I had requested. After nearly 24 hours after I contacted the Customer Service at the casino for the first time, I finally had the bonus and the information I required. However, for a casino that claims to pride itself on offering immediate responses - bonuses credited within 10 minutes and responses to email inquiries within 30 minutes; I have to say I was not at all impressed.

Our conclusion
For a casino that promises that unlike other casinos, they will answer all emails immediately since they have Customer Support available 24/7, I was disappointed that not only was I unable to receive a response from the casino from any of my inquiries, and even more put off because after more than an hour, the no deposit bonus that should have appeared within 10 minutes was still MIA nearly 12 hours after I had sent the initial request, and still no response with regards to my query about wagering requirements. Casino770 seems to offer a great gaming experience, but they really need to step it up with their Customer Support in order to live up to the expectations they're trying to set.

I sent 3 documents 15 days ago and they simply do not pay my cashout!
Be careful with this casino - they are not trustworthy
their hotline is just an answer machine and email support just say that my file is still pending by their financial department.
