Process and difficulties claiming the bonus

Signing up at the casino and downloading the software couldn't have been easier; however, after 24 hours of signing up at William Hill Casino, I still hadn't received the promised welcome email that would allow me to claim the free £30 no deposit bonus. Hi, I joint William Hill today, recieved my £30 no deposit bonus and have been playing slots, I have won about £500 so far and wagered around £300, I know I must wager around £600 befor I can claim any cash but can you tell me how I can find out exactly how much has been wagered so I know when I can claim the £200 max cash....
