I will try answer your question below...

1. Indeed there is no maximum the player can claim over the 7 days, and they can claim as many times as they like each day.
2. 25x Deposit + Bonus for the slots, 50x Deposit + Bonus for Table Games.
3. This is not concrete as yet but it as far as I know at this time it will be no max cashout, but this could change. The best thing I can offer is to say check the site once it's launched.
4. $21 for Credit Cards, $20 everything else
